I'm so glad you decided to finish this fic! I enjoyed (and was occasionally disconcerted) by the way you exploded a lot of the assumptions behind JKR's work, all while working with her basic underlying themes. I love Pansy here--she's scary and lovable to the end. And the way that you reconciled Ron and Hermione's relationship was a pleasure to read--it was nice not to have all of the kids dutifully pairing off like an adolescent troupe of animals heading on to Noah's Ark. (I wish we'd seen more of Hannah before, but even so...)

One thing I've wanted to say to you for a while--you really do write brilliant action sequences. The build-up to and payoff of the final battle was quite riveting--I nearly burned dinner because I couldn't stop sneaking off and reading a bit more. You manage to combine humor, action and suspense brilliantly, and I applaud and thank you for it.

Also, as someone who loves the character of Ginny, and who has played around with sticking her in threesomes with her and Harry.... Well, I'd love to see that conversation concerning issues. And also Ron's explanation to his mother!

(Not to push my luck... I'd love to see you finish Alone and This Means War! as well. Just thought I'd say that.)

Awesome story, I congratulate you for such excellent work. This is, officially, my favorite story, and I can't wait to see the aftermath for H. and co.

Thank you for making a story that's so amazing and well written.

Best regards,

Renzo

You can't have had much more fun with this than I did. Loved it all, even where I wondered what the hell you thought you were doing. Pansy's vision of the future sounds rather like the New Fabian Society - har de har har indade and Fudge makes an excellent Carrot-up. Can't wait for more, though I know I'll have to anyway. KUTGW, never stop, no worries. JJ.

The words 'bloody hell' come to mind, and I'm allowed to legitimately say them as a Brit.

Wow. That was an amazing story. The relationship between Harry and Pansy was excellently written, with the development very real and personal. The addition of Ginny was interesting - I look forward to reading some of the one-shots of the universe. Maybe you should have a 'section' (like the 'Harry/Ginny', 'Harry/Pansy' ones) dealing strictly with this universe, making it easier to find the stories and links.

I'm very naughty about reviewing - as in I often don't do so. However, I do want you to know that I've followed this story from pretty much the first time you posted it on here and I've enjoyed it. I love your writing too much to ignore something because of the pairing (former die-hard Harry/Ginny fan, will now accept others).

Out of curiosity, do you only write fanfiction? Because you have an excellent and engaging writing style. If you've got something original, that would be amazing to read. However, you might not trust those on the Internet with original stuff. I know I don't.

Keep up the amazing work. I don't mind the shorter chapters you proposed (especially since your idea of 'short', i.e. 20-30 pages, usually equates to a lot of people's idea of 'long'). I do, however, beg that you give us an update on This Means War. And maybe you ought to write the comments (as you did on the Yahoo!Group) on the comments section of your 'home' page.

The site is also very good - simple and functional. I've already found the others who share similar pages who you have allowed to use it. How anyone manages to design websites is beyond me. I'm literate, but I can't even enter a chatroom!

Please write more for us soon - shorter chapters mean quicker updates - and enjoy life to the fullest. I need to read some real fiction if I want to get into my university course and get rid of my case of writer's block.

Now just from me, I loved the ending, but I get the feeling the that there could be a bit more, perhaps a one shot of their life afterwards. I would like to also request permission to create a copy for the girls in Danielle's scrap book, each page will have your name & email address as a footer to ensure that no one ever mistakes it for Danielle's work.

God Bless

Moses

Awesome! I am very (im)patiently waiting for those short stories now....

I like your writing style, and while there is room for improvement, you are definitely one of the best ff authors out there.

Keep up the great work!

A Final Battle that lives up to the billing. And to have it take place at the battlefield that *defined* the British Army (Hastings) was decidedly fitting, as the New Battle of Hastings *redefined* what wizarding Britain, and its forces, are all about. An Inner Circle Death Eater, and the original Death Eater poster child (Bellatrix LeStrange and Draco Malfoy, of course). Going from being on the cusp of victory to becoming Aragog's lunch. Ginny taking down Lucius in purely Muggle fashion (knife to the throat). And what happened to Rookwood and the other Death Eater with him when they ran into Dobby and the House-Elf Barricade.....*priceless*! Not only thrown back to their starting point...but back into their DE robes? And Aragog's kids are coming up fast? Which can only mean one thing.......LUNCH!

The prequels (including the one about Croaker) and sequels (Remus' campaign and how long it will take the Big Sandbag to hit Harry, Pansy, and Ginny and possibly Hermione and Daphne) now have Giant-Sized Shoes to fill.

What an awesome chapter. I can't wait for the addition chapters... esp what happens with Pansy, Ginny and Harry. Do Daphne and Hermoine get together?

Well, i just want to say "Thank you", Tim, for a wonderful Story.

What i really liked has been those small references, and funny spots, especially in the last chapter.

I haven't read all posts concerning Chapter 8, but i don't think anybody caught that one!

Absolutely brilliant!!

I was re-reading the rest of this story just the other day so I was thrilled to see that this chapter was up. I love how Harry takes control (but is also willing to use other's ideas and advice) and Dumbledore comes to see that Harry is right. As ever your characterisations are spot on and the way you develop the relationships between characters is great. I look forward to reading about Harry, Pansy & Ginny's discussion and the Quidditch match.

Thanks for a great read.
