One of the things I most like about your tales is that you seem to always bring something fresh and interesting to Harry's world. This chapter is an excellent example of that. First off you bring in two characters who basicially have had cameos at best in other tales I've read and you have already fleshed them out, making them both entertaining and interesting. You gave an excellent reason for Harry to 'power up', i.e. he already had the power but was suppressing it, for what was for him a valid reason. Then you pretty much tore nearly the entire school a new one and have already changed the tournement in such a way that I expect everything to come will be fresh and yes, interesting. (What can I say, I already DO find this story most interesting and it has me very curious as to what you have planned.)

An extremly pleasing read, one which I am already considering a favorite. Well done. I say again, well done.

Great story so far, can't wait for the rest to come out!

Never seen these two used as main characters before; it's a new and really enjoyable experience. They're characterized incredibly well, as are both Harry and Hermione. Shame about the no romance for Harry bit, but the rest of the story definitely makes up for it.

I'm digging the bit where Romilda has gypsy/Romani heritage. A fun bit of story color! I'm kind of hoping you reconsider the pairings. You've made Romilda likeable, and nobody seems inclined to do that.

I was beginning to despair of finding a Harry Potter story that wasn't "same ol', same 'ol". This story has a great beginning; looking forward to the rest of it.

Interesting. I don't remember much about Romilda or Astoria but they do seem to be fun. I thought they were young, though. *shrug* Either way, interesting.

This certainly was an interesting twist. I did like the Daphene angle, unique.

Good job I like it!

Entertaining story; thanks for posting.

Shame it used that old canard about all of Gryffindor being against Harry. They weren't and whether they were or not, the Gryffs would not stand idly by while Harry and friends tear into them. Cardboard background-characters and contrived conflicts hurt an otherwise good story.

*Awesome* first chapter. The characterisations were perfect. I can't wait for more.

Fun first chapter and of your new story. I especially liked the part where Dobby tells Harry that he is holding his magic so tight and the results of that. Elves are a part of Canon that were way under used in my opinion and you've done well with adding their freedom to your story. Romi and Tori are great characters with such expressive personalities that add a great deal to the story as well. Thanks for sharing!

It's always good to see something new from you, whether a chapter or a story.

Your note at the end answers 1 of my questions, about if you were going to try to put Romi or Tori with Harry.

I can't believe you let Snape use the Scooby-Do line. ;) (Of course, I probably don't want to think about how many years it's been since I've heard that line used. :) It's always good to see Snape go.

Glad to see you giving Minerva a quandry. She really does deserve some grief and I think you've nailed it with her lack of time to any of her jobs well, other than perhaps teaching.

Give Albus an attack of conscioius was also good to see, as well as pinning the stuff on L.Malfoy, Fudge, and Umbridge.

I do hope you explain how Moody survived when you reported the Killing curse hit him. Did it hit his fake leg or something? Good job with him playing dead to survive, as well as punching Albus for his lack of observational skills. :)

Thanks for sharing and I'm eagerly awaiting the next one.

Great to see you writing again. This some very interesting twists to it already. I looking forward to where you go with it

This story is just great. Romi and Tori are great. The new Fearsome Foursome are something else.

My, this is getting quite convoluted and interesting. I will be waiting for the reveal as to how Moddy survived that AK (though Crouch, Jr. not being that powerful strikes me as a definite possibility). The reactions of Harry and his support team are definitely going to cause quite a ripple effect across the entire wizarding world and it's going to be rather fascinating watching the event chains that have been triggered. No romance for Harry rather makes sense here as he's going to be qutie busy; on the other hand, prequels to romance sound definitely possible with definite romance beyond the end of the story.

Great story, as usual. I like what you've done with Romilda and Astoria. Thanks for writing and sharing this.

Alright...you just HAD to write another story where I'll be waiting for the next installments...thanks! Now I'll do my best to be patient...even if I really want all the chapters now...

Loved it! Had me grinning from start to finish.

Great first chapter. The end reminded me of Dumbledore's penance from Enslavement (not that that is in any way a bad thing). I'm happy to see two characters who are barely there in the books become important, and I'm excited to see how they progress. Again, great start to the story, and I'll be looking forward to next weeks chapter all week.
