I've gotten in the habit of not reviewing stories anymore, but I wanted to drop a line and let you know I enjoyed this story immensly. It's lighthearted and fun for the most part with a bit of silliness thrown in without going over the top. Thank you.

A solid wrap-up to a uniquely different and most enjoyable story. I quite like this Harry and can appreciate his desire to make things, though my calling to engineering definitely puts me in the way of understanding Daphne's enjoyment of designing things (when it all gels and is right is quite the high, exceeded only be seeing the work of your mind and hands made real and doing what it's supposed to exactly as you expected it to). There are some very real and strong friendships and other relationships formed here and I daresay that the long-term results will radically alter the magical world for the better; and few will see them coming.

I thought it was a great story. Harry being a blacksmith was pretty unique and the effectiveness of enchanted armor against normal wizards seemed fairly realistic. I'm glad you made him use his practical intelligence and depend on his friends, rather than just making him some ubermensch. Harry forgetting his wand was pretty funny though.

I can understand your pairing decision, but I would have still liked to see them sharing him hinted at. Or maybe Fleur telling him that she would like to introduce him to her very interested cousins at the enclave. One or the other.

There were a few overly sappy moments IMO, and the ending felt rushed up until the party, then it seemed to overcompensate and stumble around a bit, but all in all a really good story.

I really enjoyed this story, the "fairy tale" if you will, so many write Hp fiction as depressing and completely serious, that they can't seem to relate to the lighter side of the world, the jumping on the troll, being threatened with being transfigured into a map for being late to class side. I hope you continue to write what you want to write and ignore the people who complain about it. I for one will continue to read anything you want to throw out there.

I'm not always sure whether to be glad when a story is completed or not. On the one hand it means it's done and there's no other chapter to wait for, and on the other it means it's done and there's no other chapter to wait for... It's a hard, confusing time for a poor reader!

So, there's no possible way I can write this review without commenting on this line... "I have not been paid enough for this," The Sphinx muttered. "See the world, they said. Get out of your musty pyramid, they said. Yeah, right. See a giant-ass sword right in your face, is what they didn't say." Well, all I have to say is, how am I going to get those coffee stains off my monitor? My people will be calling your people, and I'm sure we can settle on something reasonable out of court, like a sneak peak at the next chapter of Hogwarts Dawn...

Thank you. Tim. My Sunday mornings will no longer be quite as anticipated now. I've enjoyed reading (and regularly re-reading) your writing for years since I first discovered Hope, and I look forward to your next new chapter or story.

Absolutely fantastic. I loved this story from the start, eagerly awaiting each and every chapter to be published, and the finish doesn't dissapoint in the slightest. I'm an amature blacksmith, and was more then pleasently surprised that you were fairly accurate (outside of not a ton of discription) of the process, but it's cool that one of your beta's is an actual blacksmith, so that makes sense! I like the ending here, leaving you with the oportunity to continue this, or not, but it doesn't feel incomplete, just open ended. Life goes on. Keep up the awesome work, and thank you so much for the great read!

Jeconais, this is by far the best fanfic I've read in the last two years. Everything comes down to generic so and so paired up, super-power activated, go on a quest to defeat the magical troll etc..

It was a joy to read something so different from the usual stories that for the last two months you made me look forward to Saturday evenings.

Although, I do wish you would write a ...19 years later from every perspective. It's something I sorely miss from all timey movies.

Can't wait for the next chapter of Hogwarts Dawn or Perfect Slytherins.

And I've finally come to the end of the story. I enjoyed this chapter just as much as the others, and I'm glad that there was a sense of closure for this chapter of Harry's life. Although I think that you could make an extremely entertaining sequel with Harry and the others travelling around Europe, as well as the final resolution of the Tori/Romi/Sophia/Gabrielle quadrangle (if that's even a word? *GRIN*) Plus, I really want to know why Derek lost his confidence in his other abilities, and how the consortium managed to take over the Wizarding World!

This is a great story. I love all the connections Harry is making for himself and his friends families. Now they are bringing Sirius into this new venture. I look forward to how this all works out. Thanks for writing. p

Your Harry in this story is so fun to read. His qualities and talents are admirable, yet he's self-effacing and open to anyone with a good heart, whether the person comes from very old money or is a house elf, whether the person is eight years old or eighty. This chapter epitomizes this iteration of Harry, where he wants to get other good people together to continue the fun he and the others had playing Podska. By bringing this group together, some of whom have never talked with the others, we now have that old money getting together to make the magical world a better place . . . and make more money.

There's something liberating reading this story, because the only limitations to what Harry can do are the restraints he puts on himself. You did a very nice job contrasting his effortless artistry and unconscious confidence with his reticence, doubts, and confusion. While this is a different story for you, it still is one of my very favorites of all the ones you've written.

Thanks for all the hard work you put in and the fun you bring to us. Again, my compliments to Luan Mao and Kokopelli for their efforts in your behalf and ours. - The Seeker

First, I am not against lesbians, I love the way they live there life withou trying to impose it to others. Now I dislike the way you are killing any posible romatic relation between Harry and same age laydies. First the whole sister thing between H/DG, then the lesbian part between DG/FD. Then HG said she has a crush on CD. Love the new sport, love the way the friendship between the champions been develope. Really love the future thinking carrer that is one thing almos nobody do at 15. So as a whole is a great story, as any excellent story it will bump with smaller thing that could be over look. So thanks for the excellent part. Let see how it coninue.

Seriously Jeconais, I freaking love you. I don't know what kind of magic is at play, but every few months I think "I wonder if Jeconais has updated recently" and then I log on to find that you posted something either that day, or the day before. Honestly, your stories could be better. They all seem to follow a pretty basic line that settles down to "Harry coming to age in the most successful way possible". But there is something about them that keeps drawing me back, keeps making me read them over and over again, late into the night. I gave up some French homework to read this, and I don't even regret it. Part of it is definitely the lack of errors. You have great betas and a team behind each of your stories, helping you improve as a writer, and I love that. The other part, I think, is your ability to capture the best parts of life. Sitting here, reading the party scene in this chapter was like being thrown back in time. Maybe I'm feeling a bit homesick after a few months in college, but that was strait out of the crawfish boils or back yard BBQ's of home. It brought me right back to memories in Texas, getting together at a friends house with people I'd gone to school with all my life, all our families talking, having a good time, eating some amazing homecooked food, and drinking way too much beer. It was so clearly written, the memories brought a tear to my eye. Thank you, for what you do. There realy is nothing better than sitting back and relaxing to a fic by Jeconais.
