I reallly like this. I also look forward to (hopefully) seeing all Dumbledore's machinations blow up in his face in Part 2. (I'm guessing he's behind a lot of the non-contact from Sirius and non-support from others, though I suppose that might not be the case.)

Clever and interesting.

If possible and could there also be a small part of what happens since Harry is happy and the rest of the world is probably burning? :)

I ventured off the H/Hr reservation to read this, on a recommendation from the Seel'vor Yahoo site. Other than the unnecessary harshness to Fleur (even bitches deserve better treatment), I enjoyed it very much.

I'm looking forward to more.

I very much enjoyed that. I honestly believed that Harry had gone to the dark side, but you redeemed him at the end. Glad your back to a more regular updating schedule.

This is an amazing story, I would in fact like to see a whole epic length of this, continued into his adulthood! I can imagine him growing up and then leaving the city with permission in order to find more knowledge to protect them with, becoming their Archmage or somethign along those lines. On top of that the romance possibilities are endless!

Update again soon!

What an interesting premise, and I really enjoyed reading it. Glad to see you writing again!

Wow. Just wow. This was absolutely amazing. I don't believe I've ever run across anything quite like it, and that is such a nice surprise! (I've read a lot of fanfic over the years, after a while you get used to the general themes and can figure out what will happen next.) I'm looking forward eagerly to the next chapter! It's so nice to read something from you again. Welcome back!

Wow! I am really glad I didn't stop halfway through this chapter and leave a review. I seriously thought something hugely negative had happened in your life, and this fic was the way you were getting the poison out of your system. With the hindsight of now having read the entire chapter I can again applaud your creativity and storytelling abilities and release the huge lungful of air that I knew I was holding.

Love the thinking and forward planning Harry in this story. He played the part perfectly, as did the Veela squad that came to take Harry to their Enclave. The beheading of Snape was especially appreciated. It will be interesting to gain in the second chapter an outside perspective and different pov of what went on during Harry's isolation.

Probably the best part of the chapter was in the ending author's notes. It's great news that we'll soon have three new chapters to read and marvel at. I'm looking forwarding to next weekend's update of Enslavement as much as I am anticipating the next chapters for Hogwarts Dawn and Perfect Slytherins.

This was great, it started looking like it would take a dark turn and then spun into light again. I love how Harry used everyone's expectations against them and freed himself. Snape being killed was a terrific bonus. Welcome back!

I loved your description of the Veela enclave, and I can see why being there would be such a refreshing change for Harry...no one staring at him, talking about his parents, expecting things from him, etc. I'm also glad he didn't carry through with his threat of enslavement, though his plan was a brilliant way to get "out"!!

Mementox posted a comment on Sunday 16th February 2014 7:58pm

I really like the idea. I am looking forward to POV of the others on Harry's actions. Will you also include future consequences (eg how Voldemort will react etc. )? Keep up the good work!

Much enjoyed, I hope everything is going well with you, and as-always, looking forward to more as you have time :-)

Great to have an update from you, and this was fun! I love your twist. Looking forward to the next part - and to the future posting of the original story. ;-)

Cheers!

I really liked this story so far, it is nice to see a different twist on the whole idea of bonding after the second task. Im also really glad that Harry released Fleur from his bond after he got accepted into the enclave, wouldnt have been my type of story otherwise. Im looking forward to reading more, especially Harry's time in the encalve as the only unbonded male haha.

I enjoyed that. If you were so inclined, I wouldn't mind seeing how the tri-wizard is resolved. I would also enjoyed seeing the adult Harry who has found a completely fulfilling life. On the other hand, I can use my imagination. ;-). Thanks for posting, this was interesting.

Amazing and I am very impressed that Harry thought so far ahead to contact the Veela council but telling Snape to 'f-off' to his face was awesome . . . thanks.

I do hope that Harry is able to fullu ajust to the Veela way

It is great to see you writing again, looking forward to read whatever you produce next, be it a continuation of an old story (Wild Horses still needs to be finished ;) ) or a new one
