Another great chapter imo, and really enjoyed Harry the showman, as well as his letting Albus know that there's a relatively new sheriff in town now, and will look forward to what happens at the Yule Ball this time out, especially with all the confidence Harry continues to project.

Ok - you were wrong! There is nothing disappointing about this chapter. The characters are all great, the plot is fantastic, and most importantly, it's an absolute pleasure to read. I sure hope you have as much fun writing it as we have reading it. Thanks!

Really, really liking this. And the idea of Perfect Slytherins getting updated caused me to startle the cat: he doesn't like it when I suddenly yell "WhoooHOOOO!!!" when he's trying to sleep.

I'd always wondered where Gabrielle had been until we see her at the second task. :P I like this Harry, I liked the Harry in the books, but this one seems more like he'll be able to get the job done against Voldemort. I won't ask who you plan on pairing him with, I'm sure we'll know when it happens. :) For some reason, I'm picturing him with Miss Turpin or one of the Slytherin ladies from his year.

Another hilarious chapter. You do "over the top" so well. :) It makes me wonder if Harry will wreck Fred & George's plans for his Christmas date. And of course, the messing with Dumbles is always a fun bit of entertainment.

I particularly like the scenes with Harry and Gabrielle. Although he has other 'sisters', Harry seems more openly fond of Gabrielle. Here he gets to be the big brother.

This story so far is really good for something you say you haven't put a lot of effort into. Just a question on the side... Do you speak fluent French? While you're French is technically correct it just sounds a little awkward. I look forward to reading more :)

Amazing. I've never seen harry potter in a light where Harry simply buys real help. Being friends with people who's very careers lay on your shoulders can be a real incentive not to act like an ass.
