Seriously Jeconis, your modestly underestimation of your work is hilarious. I've seen a lot worse, but you usually deliver far and above average work! Even if you aren't satisfied with it, it'll be better than all but a few out there.

Can't wait to read Perfect Slytherins part 3!

Don't knock yourself on the story. Keep it up and you will have fans for life. I'm already looking forward to reading the rest of your stories, but I know I can't do it in class because I would laugh too much. Harry shows time and again, that when pushed, he can do what others can't...his main problems are A: lack of faith in himself (as he is a worthless freak) and B: desperate need to be loved even though he doesn't deserve it (see above) that leads him into more abuse and trouble.

A Harry that has friends who care for -him- not for the "Powers That Be" and show him that love can get him to do immense things...when defending/helping others, cannon, he is truly powerful.

Here, he has people that believe in him, trust him, etc, so that's one vital need taken care of...he has the trust of a small child, something that is a precious gift indeed, a child he sees as a younger version of himself, so of course he will rise to the occasion there as well.

He's not Super!Harry he's just not Abused/Suicidal!Harry anymore...and that can make a massive difference.

Oh, and with the serious <bleep> done, I find it is -still- funny, -still- enjoyable, and if you think this story is one I'm not going to keep reading, I'll M-Mail the Weasley Twins and tell them you think they can't prank their way out of a muggle closet...then offer them a bonus if they provide pensive memories.

As much as you may not feel great about this story, J, it is turning out to be an enjoyable read. Little Gabby is a trip, especially with how Harry reacts to her. Keep up your, as usual, wonderful writing!

Great stuff. I think it's a great take on the whole GoF mess. I don't think there's anything that's really overdone or anything like that. So in general great job!

Now I have a dilemna, on why side this is a great fic that I'd like to see the next chapter of adn on the other a third chapter of Perfect Slytherins would make for a great read, I've got to read up on making a cloning machine and on memory copy to get the clone up to speed, hum and maybe find a way to ensure the clone writes different stories.

idea that popped up while reading: changing the names of Crusher and Squisher into Crasher and Squasher. It has a better ring to it when you sum up the names of the bodyguards.

Excellent new chapter. I really like how Harry has loosened up and is not only learning so much more effectively but also having a lot more fun. I especially loved how Harry has taken Gabrielle under his wing and how he is teaching her so effectively through getting her to believe in herself. As long as she doesn't develop an over-sized ego like her big-sis she's going to be one hell of a great witch when she gets older.

You've got a great story going here and although I am a little disappointed that according to your posted thoughts linked in the AN that it's going to end at the end of the year, you haven't said anything about the possibility of a sequel. :D I sincerely HOPE that you continue it further. ;) Even if you do decide to skip ahead a few years or something. (For the record your fic, "Hope" and R. Blot's "Make A Wish" are my two absolute favorite fics ever written.)

I'm eagerly awaiting more of this.
