I'd just like to note that I was reminded so much of this fic while I read some of Deathly Hallows.

It was a bit frightening. Especially with the Mandrakes. Wow.

Oh, and I love the fic!

Just finished reading this for the fifth (sixth? seventh?) time and it is still great. In one person's opinion, a great piece of work. So bleeah on those who don't like it - they are entitled to their beliefs but I certainly don't share them.

I love it as always. although as I read it I can't help but feel like i've started reading halfway through.Several times you elude to what happened to Sirius and how he survived. Is there a prequel to this story perhaps? I would love to read his story.

This fic was recommended to me a very long time ago, and I've finally gotten around to reading it.

I enjoyed reading the final battle scene! It would be great if the final battle in Book Seven turned out to be like this, with all of the centaurs, dragons, werewolves, etc. working together to defeat the "Dark Tosser," with few deaths among the good guys. But alas, JKR will probably kill off most of our favorite characters in DH. It's interesting how you set the final battle at Halloween (in Harry's sixth year -- I know that the holiday fell on a Thursday in 1996), the 15th anniversary of the Dark Tosser's first fall.

I'm aware that you started this fic long before HBP, so there are several disagreements between this and canon, most notably Blaise Zabini's gender. Obviously you inserted the part about Horcruxes right at the end. (BTW This is the first time I've read of Wormtail's hand as a Horcrux.) And as for why Sirius is still alive, I assume it went something like the following (at the end of fifth year):

From: Sirius
To: Harry
Subject: Don't go to the Ministry tonight!

It's all just a trap! Stay at school and don't go to the Department of Mysteries!

(BTW: I enjoyed the Mmail format! I've read Anya's "Naked Quidditch Match" so I know that's where you got the idea from!)

Overall, excellent fic! Keep up the good work!

Love the Scooby Doo references in the trial, I always wondered why they all confessed by the end. The Azkaban lady whose name I can't remember, when she said 'I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you pesky kids' I actually got the image and the voice from my favorite episode. That was cool. And you did the Monty Python thing. You rule 50 times more for that.As for the whole thing, I think it is a perfect ending to a wonderful story, and I think you've done amazingly well with it. And to think it started with a prank war! This was a fantastic bit of fiction.

just a small correction that i noticed.
in this chapter it says that ginny " appeared a few minutes later, her robes undone, showing her school uniform."
but in the next chapter it says that he noticed she had chosen not to wear the unifrm as well.

I love your story. I started it over

there. I have been reading for 2 days and I can't wait to finish it!

another note (and i'm not quite sure it's form this chapter as i havent finished it quite yet this time)
when min and (i think) sev, apparate to see the void they are in hogwarts. i thought only harry, abe, albus, and voldiekins could get through. and only a few wizards could actually get in the void.
explanation?

Tim, thank you for finishing this story. It was the first fanfic I took an active interest in, and throughout all the time I have been a fan of fanfiction it remains my favourate.

You have set the standard in my eyes for all future fics that I read. An impossible standard to be sure.

I look foward to your future works, whatever the pairing may be ;)

hmm.... i actually just stumbled across this story today, and i must say i really enjoyed it. some parts did remind me really much of the nekkid quidditch match story (if that was what it was called...), but later on the story grew into something else, just as mentioned here in the AN. So, overall, it was really great fun (my favourite was "i am howling at the moon, you are howling at passing cars")
while one could argue that the story would have been better if splitted into a serious one with alpha-pack-leader-harry and a fun one, i liked the mix and the story kept me til the end...
now before i go to sleep, i will say two things:
i really liked what happened to dudley - that kid was really screwed up by his parents, and while one could argue that he should have realised that something is not right as soon as he came into school, having contact with others, i actually don't think that that is realistic - just to screwed up.
i didn't like the krum-part in the quidditch game: that guy is bulgarian and not german!

This story was absolutely, positively, utterly, amazingly and last but not least ridiculously fantastic. Very well written indeed.

I loved your Mmail idea, very innovative. Many people might have overlooked the 'From' 'CC' and 'BCC' names you have come up with, I'd tell them to check again, hilarious! You managed to find an excellent mixture of laughter and action, my compliments.

If I would have to place some constructive criticism, the only thing(s) I can come up with is that the summary of this story does not do it any justice. I was expecting to read some light-hearted comedy. Instead, I find myself enchanted with this piece of literary art. You ought to chance it. Also, please do the ff . net fans a favour and upload the last couple of chapters there as well. They deserve to know the end as well, don't you think?

I look forward to some of your new work in the future, you have a talent that shouldn't be ignored. Can I challenge you to write a Harry/Fleur story? Not many half-decent authors have the necessary cojones to pull that off. No matter your gender, I think you are Gryffindor enough to succeed.
