Incredible ending to this amazing story. I especially loved the various Monty Python references. Those had me nearly falling out of my chair.

First wanted to say that I loved This Means War. Honestly I found Jeconais site last year when the BTVS Line of Convergence storylines was started (but they seemed to have went the way of the dodo) Love the Wild Horses Dawn/Xander story.
Now that you have TMW done, again loved whole story reread it multiple times. Really like the the Mmails, Snape getting over the son of James Potter bais, and the Dragons. Only bad thing I read was in the author's notes... No Sequel!!
Oh well I gather from you AN's that this story has been a bear to write and all that so can I request maybe some drabbles in the same storyline. Nothing major just some follow up such as: F&G figure out the cow thing. You know the "girls" wanting Ginny to dish. Everyone betting on who long the the smile plastered on both Harry/Ginny will last. Of course the wedding of Ginny and Harry.
BTW again loved this story and all the others I have read. This and Wild Horses are my faves even though I am not a diehard HP fan.
AC
Now if I did this correctly there has just been some nasty plot bunnies released and they will attack relentlessly or maybe the seeds of a story have been planted. LOL

Taht was absolutely brilliant. Ive read this almost from when you first started it and loved it immediately. Ive laughed and cried whilst reading this but loved it all the same. Its been frustrating waiting for updates but I like many others would wait ages for brilliant writing like yours. good luck with future pursuits and I hope to read a lot more of your works in the future.
Thank you for your wonderful writing

I...Loved...This...Fic...
There is no other way to say how I feel about this fic. I don't think my vocabulary is large enough to say the good praises I have for TMW. You say some things like the dragons don't fit in? I say they fit in pretty well. I absolutely cannot find something to complain about. At first I was sceptical on a couple of things like the MMail, but then I realized that they are used for both humorous and serious purposes. Everything works together so well and you create such a vivid and detailed world that as I read this I forgot about the real world and was very..."grumpy" to my family when they disturbed me as I read this fic. I'm complimenting you for making sure a great piece of literature that I did not want to be away from my computer until I've read what is available.
TMW is a fic I will remember fondly for many, many years. If I can I'm going to print this out just so I will always have a hard copy that I can read whenever I feel like it. I actually felt really, really depressed when I read the word "Fin" at the end. I read the authors notes just to feel like there is more to read!
I know you said that this fic is now complete and you will not write a sequel. I understand and respect that, even though I am disappointed because I wanted to read more. How about just a epilogue then? Things such as how many kids Harry and Ginny have, who are the guys Susan, Blaise, etc. fall for or do they ask to have Harry's baby, do the goblins and werewolves finally get respect, etc. Basically closure is what I'm looking for. You have a bit of it at the end here (I loved the scenes between Harry and Ginny at the end), basically to see how everyone's future turns out would be great.
That's all I can think of to write right now. If I have more I will leave another review. I am looking forward to any new fics you create and I hope you write more on your other fics such as Hope. Again, I absolutely loved TMW and I hope you continue to write more and more fanfics. You are one of the most talented Harry Potter fanfic writers I've ever encountered. Thank you for the great work.

This story was one of the first fan fiction stories I got truly addicted too (well, Ruskbyte, but there you go) and I've wanted to read it through and to the end so many times. While you do tend to write very happy endings -- so I wasn't in too much suspense -- I always wondered where you were going to end up.
I'm thrilled with where the story took you, took us, and where it led me to other stories of the same quality of writing. Thank you for writing this and in many ways leading a charge of fanfiction.
As far as the last chapter, I have to think that getting Fred and George to launch a cow was probably the funniest part to me. That's going to be interesting to explain to them later, and of course there will be gratuitous groveling from Fred and George because of it.
I'm looking forward to your next project(s)!

Yay,
Just for posterity, the sentient plants in the afterword were mine! Mine, I say!
Good bits? Many. Many. In particular the installation of Percy was brilliantly written. The cow trebuchet was hilarious. And the minor conversation with Gabrielle in Beauxbatons was gentle and comforting. (Made me think a bit of "Hope", in the way you Characterized her.)
Awkward bits? Krum's butchering of English. Like Dobby, I'm sure that this is very hard to get right. And it didn't quite work for me. I'm not sure what it was, but somehow it read awkwardly. But I'm not going to bother trying to fix it for you, like you I'm somewhat glad to see this finished.
Thanks for getting it done, Tim, It's become a classic to us.

On another note can we have a party to end all parties in celebration of voldie's fall and the completion of this fic?

Loved it, loved it, loved it! I won't fill this review with all the things I liked, as that would take up too much space. Suffice to say that I've enjoyed this journey immensely, and that I'm very pleased you finished it. The A/N at the end explained a few things, and while you're slightly embarrassed by the earlier parts, I wouldn't worry about that. You're allowed to evolve as a writer, and I surely look forward to see what you come up with next.
Thanks a bunch. Cheers!

Considering I've been reading this story since you posted Chapter 3 in Fanfiction.net, I have to say this IS THE BEST STORY I've read. And I've read really good ones.
Thank you for finishing it, thank you for creating it.
I'll see you when I'll see you.

Tim, what can I say? It's been a long and interesting ride. I first read this story when you published Chapter Four, and I've been faithfully following it and hoping you'd complete it since. Well done, sir. Well done. My proverbial hat is off to you.
In many ways, this story is a measure of your evolution as a writer. The later chapters are significantly different in their style, and yet you still managed to maintain the original feel. And as always, you maintain that quality to it that is indescribable beyond being uniquely you.
No story, or work of art in any form, is ever perfect. This is very good.
Thank you, Tim. Thank you for proving that you are one of the best (arguably the absolute best) fanfiction authors on the Net. Thank you for your dedication, your perseverence, and your willingess to share your visions with us. Most of all, thank you for this story.

Thank you so much for writing this story. I have been a fan for years now. I really like your ending. I think the dragons were a really brilliant touch. They put things into a perspective that everyone could start to appreciate and understand. I especially like the fact that Blaise was the one that started the oath to Harry when he and Charlie returned from their dragon riding experience. That was the privital scene for me to reconcile the whole story and all its diverse side stories. I think you did a fantastic job of wrapping this up. I have read some stories that were long and detailed and at the end they were rushed and left you with a feeling that is was incomplete. I don't get that feeling with the way you ended TMW. I liked that little bit of hurmor at the end also with Hermione, Blaise, Luna, Garielle, Fleur and even Dumbledore talking about silencing charms for Harry and Ginny. All in all it was a very good ending and I appreciate your sticking with it and finding a way to make a great ending.
I am also looking forward to the completion of Hope. These are 2 of my all time favorites. I like to see them completed because I download them and print them out so I can appreciate them again later. Thank you again for your time and tallent. pms

Perfect ending. I believe it could no end in a different way and Id like to congratulate you for a great job. It's an amazing story and, since I don't usually read this pairing, I have to say it is one of my favorite fics and I hope a lot of people can have as much much as I did reading it.
Thank you

Well, I, for one, am glad that you've completed this work. Sure, there's some wobbling due to loose threads, but for the most part, it can stand on its own. A finished product is alwasy better than an unfinished one.
