Love this lots. As I said in one of the previous chappies, I'm not much of a Harry/Gabriel fan, but I love this fic! I do hate Trelawney, Snape, Malfoy, Occasionally Dumbles, and then occasionally not Snape and Dumbles. I like the relationships that are building.
I do think it is "You've got another thinG coming", but "u gotta nother thinK coming" sounds good as well.
I don't have a BETA. Know any good ones that are willing to go over Harry/Ginny, and Btvs xovers?...

Thank you! That was definatly worth waiting for. Malfory in the sundress made me laugh so loud, it reminded me why it's not a good thing to read fanfic while at work. :-)

Great chapter. I don't exactly have anything new to add... but I enjoyed the chapter tremendously. Thanks for all the effort that went into this chapter.

French Veela Shows Her True Colors
In the most awaited Duel in the last century, Draco Malfoy, the handsome and well thought of heir to the Malfoy Danasty, was expected to handily prove his innocence of the scurulous charges that were leveled against him by known coquette and Veela, Gabrielle Delaceur. However, as anyone who was unfortunate enough to witness this dispicable event can tell you, that was not what happened.
Proving that the steps our beloved Ministry has taken to protect us and control the behavior of these predatory dark creatures were both needed and most welcome, Miss Delaceur showed all present, and the rest of the Wizarding World through this newspaper, that she is a monster wrapped in the guise of a girl. While mercilessly taunting the poor Hogwarts Professor, the half-breed beast showed a knowledge of spells and magic well beyond anything a normal human could be expected to be exposed to. Her use of spells of questionable origin and dubious intent were far beyond anything that should have been allowed. Professor Malfoy did everything humanly possible to counter these shadow arts and gallantly remained firmly within the bounds of established deuling ediquette.
Finally, driven past all levels of human endurance by the Veela's questionable and dishonorable tactics, the brave combatant was forced to flee for his very life as no one present, especially the supposed "hero" of the recent war, Mr. Harry Potter, saw fit to attampt to control the half-human's unsavory conduct.
We at the Daily Prophet extend our sympathies to Mr. Malfoy and our wishes that he remain safe from retribution from the foreigners currently occupying the grounds of our beloved Hogwarts. Perhaps when the French "ambassadors of learning" return to their own country, Mr. Malfoy can seek justice from the Wizengamut and be allowed to return to us without fear of attack.
Rita Skeeter reporting
P.S. The bit revealing Sybil as the force behind the curtain was a brilliant tease and ending for the chapter. I'm left wondering if Snape and Malfoy work for her knowingly or is she the one manipulating Dumbledore and the two Slytherins are merely clueless pawns with no real idea of the final goals.

I thought this was very good. I can't wait for Sybill trelawney, Dumbledore, snape & dcaco get what they deserve. I hope that Dumbledore don't have some lame excuse why he act so a asshole. I
for one don't mind waiting. You are one of the few author that you know the story going to be reall good. I started reading your story's at fanfiction, then move over here. My favorite story is Hope, This means war, chances, alone, these dreams. I hope that update this mean war some time in the future. I enjoy reading your story's and I plan to read more in the futureriegert8@netscape.net

i liked the chapter, i liked it a lot in fact, but im seeing some evil foreshadowing.
1)harry recognized gabby was in danger through the bond and ran to help
2)hermione has found a way to mask the bond
thus im seeing a scene where the bond is masked and something happens to gabby..uhoh!
i surfed over to the site, saw a new chapter of hope, and new where my next hour was. thanks for the amazing stories

Wow! I've read all the chapters in this story, and this was awesome! You really know your stuff! I love how you're characterizing everyone in here - they're like they are in the books, but still different. I can't wait for your next update!

Honestly, Tim... the only thing that I think people complain about in your fics is that they want to read more of them. Heh. And thats true, at least.
I just wanted to comment that I have severly enjoyed your writing style. Intelligent, but not overbearing, with a good mix of action, drama, suspense, and mush. And I can't get enough of how many different pranks/revenges you can think of for humor. So good. Thanks!
Oh, and yeah... The more contemporary version is "...another thing coming." While historically, it's "think", so you ane your betas are all correct, technically. Ironic that I got into a heated discussion on this topic before you posted the chapter.

This is so much like the old serials at the movies but without the evil cliffies. Each episode(chapter) is better than the one before. I am enjoying every installment. Please continue writing your vision(s) and ignore all us whiners!

I have just reread it. What exactly does this mean:
"Nevertheless, the precedent has been set," Dumbledore responded thoughtfully, after a pointed look from Snape.
I understand the words, but where was this precedent? Was Snape at one point in time under the Imperious and could then lie under Veritaserum? This "after a pointed look from Snape" is a little ... , no, is a big bit unclear
