WOW! Some stories just seem so right. This is one of them, everything you write seems to fit together like it was ment to be. You have perfected Harry&co's characteristics reflecting how they would act as adults (which I've seen some authors royally stuff up).
Well done! You Rock!

Oh wow, this story is amazing. I don't generally like reading post hogwarts stories, but this is the cream of the crop. I can't wait till you put out a new chapter. Please do it soon...

Perhaps the best chapter you have ever written.

WOW!, Now that I got to this point in this story I had to leave a review. I have never seen a story this well with a Harry/Gabrielle ship. And the back story of why Harry has had girl troubles, gives it that perfect touch. I hope you update this story very soon. It is getting to the good parts. I want to see what you have Harry do to propose to Gabrielle.
Keep up the Great writing

Ok, read and reread (and reread and reread and... Well you get the point) the chapter now and for the life of me I can't think of anything to say. Not a damn thing.
That only happens when there's nothing I can comment on, bad or otherwise.
Wait. Not true. I can say one thing. One small point of criticism. There's not enough; I want more! *breaks down in tears*
Ok, ignore that. Just wanted to let you know that I read it and VERY MUCH appreciated it.
Kit - who feels this review was useless, but felt compelled to say *something*

It was an okay chapter; definantely entertaining but some things were a bit much.
Again, Snape and Malfoy seemed too dumb/irrational to me. Something I didn't really pay attention to before, though, was that the way you characterized Harry seems a wee bit too smart. Don't get me wrong, it's quite entertaining and maturely written, but it seems like he can just do....everything. Other stories have gotten dull with writing characters like that, so I'm hoping it doesn't happen here.
And at the end: I thought Trelawney didn't remember any of her real prophesies, and given her normally morbid-toned predictions, why would she See a romantic trip to New York? I know none of this story can be considered canon, and certain characterizations probably tie in with your overall plot, but still...
As for your desire to hinder readers from sending "when you gonna update" messages, it seems like a lose-lose situation: if you don't mention what a chapter's status is, you'll get said messages; if you say that it IS ready, you'll get "when are the betas gonna finish" messages" (i'm a member of your yahoo group, and made the mistake of not selecting the batch email function...aside from the annoyance of flooding my inbox, I'd say a good 70-80% of the messages were asking when the betas would be finished with Hope 9)
I won't just heap critcisms on you; as always, your creativity and writing style are top-rate.Keep it up

'Lo there
REally enjoyed this chapter although I felt that Harry's pretended disinterest in Gabbys plight when confronted by the Hogwarts professors a little disconcerting coming from asupposed responsible adult.
I'm intrigued by the possible storyline that Snape is doing something to Dumbledore.
I love the Quidditch team idea.
Thanks for writing
Fiona

Great great chap.Damn Malfoy got away, bollocks.
Again great Harry/Gabby dialogue with all the fluffiness and whatever that entails in their Fairy Tale relationship.
Can't wait for next chap.

this was definately worth the wait!! gotta say you are one of the best ff writers on the net, cant wait for the next update
haphazard1 posted a comment on Saturday 13th May 2006 12:42am for 9 - London
Definitely worth the wait! Trelawney will be trouble, but I think Harry will be able to overcome it. That fight may bring everything to a head with the Ministry corruption, the Mouthpiece, and the rest, though. With the way the younger generation (mostly former DA members) are pulling together, things may finally improve.
Loved the quidditch matches and the Lee Jordan commentary, and the Gryffindor team deciding to create their own professional club. The duel was also tremendous fun; you write these action sequences very well. And seeing Malfoy humiliated again and again never gets old.
Now for the long wait for the next part. When each chapter is this large, though, there's really no room for complaint. Keep up the wonderful work, and I'll look forward to finding out what happens when those pictures go public.
