Just wanted to let you know that I love this story so far and can see that you could take this to a whole other level. You could probably flesh this narutoverse out to well over 20 chapters. I like how you are just writing what you want and enjoying it. Can't wait to read the rest.

Nice chapter, can't wait for the "invasion". The chapter felt as a peep in the behind the scenes activities, before the big event...atleast we got to see Naruto's fight with Tenten.

You know, as entertaining and light romp-esque as this story may seem, there's a depth to both the plot and storytelling that I'm not entirely sure is intentional, or just a positive reflection of Kishimoto's occasionally shallow storyline.

Every time you post an update to this story, I grab some booze and reread every chapter from the beginning.

You have NO idea how drunk I am right now. :)

As always, thank you for the entertainment. A good story that provides hours of pleasure is a joy to behold.

Somehow Naruto's a Gary Stu, but without being annoying as a character.

Of course, Naruto's got no chance against Kishimoto's eyeballs of pwnage + the "I can resurrect every badass in the world and have them trounce you" technique, plus the redonkulous Juubi. But, I'm sure Naruto will make a beautiful corpse. ;-)

Fantastic chapter! And my displeasure at the Kami scene evaporated at the gag you did with Jiraiya and Tsunade. The chapter was hilarious. I'm really glad you didn't give him the Rinnegan and I'm curious who Kami is betting against. Can't wait for the last 2 chapters.

You sure know how to tell a story and keep me on the edge of my seat the whole way through. Sure, there's a bit of polish needed that will come in time, but other than a token handful of grammatical errors there's not much to take away from my overall ability to just enjoy this story. I never cease to be amazed at the sideways thinking you yourself manage to do in order to characterize Naruto in this way. Sure, some of the ideas are fairly simple (if often deceptively simple to the point that most people would never think of it), but others just make me gape in wonder at how you came up with such a different way of handling a situation that I never thought about even changing before. Overall another enjoyable chapter, and I look forward to the next! Great to talk to you the other day as well, hope things only improve in your life from here.

You know, that make perfect sense, the bit with Shika and Asuma. Hesitate, hold back, and in a real battle (as the final tournament is supposed to be a simulated war) your opponent will kill you.

Great! This is still a lot of fun to read. I liked what you did with Shikimaru here, I'm not sure I've ever read a story where his lazyness was actually punished. Also you've done a great job of developing what exactly the shadow clones are and how they work.

Wonderful to see a new chapter for this, and it's excellent as always! I agree completely about Shika, that always bugged me too that he earned a promotion for basically being forced to compete, doing just enough, then forfeiting his match.

Sure, Shika had great intelligence, tactics, strategy. But he in no way showed he was physically or emotionally ready to be a Chunin. Nice solution to that!
