Great chapter although the Haku/Sasuke thing is just plain weird. :)) Not the usual approach is it? :) The "cute kid" henge is also funny.
Oh, a question if you dont mind. In the council meeting Tsume asking about Danzo. Was that a mistake on your part or Tsume "hamming it up" for the civilian council?

The one flaw I see in this is the line about Hanabi never having seen a male before. Hanabi has X-Ray vision like superman thanks to her bloodline, and has been getting training on using it from her father. I can't believe that she hasn't seen her father's genitals and those of the other Hyuga males at the very least using the byakugan.

This Naruto is certainly powerful. Although I think it was a bit quick. It could've used some more character development. But then again you can't waste too much time on that or it'll become a big information overload problem.

That's quite amusing. I love your Naruto, he's very good entertainment. The new jutsus are quite unpredictable but that' s why they're so fun. Kawaii no jutsu? Hilarous. The best part of that is that he targets Hanabi for his glomps despite all her protests. Irritating no jutsu is quite funny to read about as well though I suppose that is the point.
