I just wanted to say I love each and every single one of your stories! Some moments make me go..awwww! And many more others make me burst out laughing. In almost all cases, I'm smiling so much my face hurts later. :-) Anywho, keep up the fantabulous work!

Side note: Do you think you may finish 'Wild Horses' in the future? I'd like to see where it goes. Thanks!

I saw two possible antagonists. One would be Gabrielle's parents, the other would be in Harry's speech. The people who fear change would be the second possiblity.

I would lean towards the people fearing change since you used the term "Dragon", where with parents it would be "Evil Step-mother" (or in-laws). That and I doubt they would be a force strong enough to be considered a dragon. Hell if they were the antagonists they wouldn't last 3-4 chapters.

Oh well, I'll just keep speculating until the next chapter comes out.

This story was always nice - now it's starting to get interesting. I love it - keep it up.

Excellent story. I really enjoyed Dobby's comment that he knew Harry was a great wizard 'cause he was as barmy as every other great wizard... <cough>Dumbledore<cough>. I look forward to your next update, may it be sooner than later. <eg>

Well, now that this has gone on a bit, I feel like I actually have something to contribute. :) This is very enjoyable, and I truly love your writting style.

Antagonist: well, dang that is a small hint. It could be anything from the straightforward Fudge and Malfoy to a much more complex issue of her parents, the media, or anyone who feels that her sociopathy is too detrimental for continuing this relationship/public facade/etc. Perhaps it's the metal imballence itself.

As for Gabbi being a sociopath, I find it interesting and I look forward to seeing how that plays out. It always stuck me (when reading the cannon books) that her Prince Harry was on the other end of the mental spectrum of being too emotionally attached, and perhaps a bit unstable as well. (Now -- I speculate wildly.) I thought that the latter books showed him to be borderline manic-depressive. I think that pairing up such a combo would have the potential to be high-risk/high-reward. While the failure of the relationship would likely be spectacular, the sucess could be a potentially ideal ballence of opposing forces.

Another aspect that I want to comment on is the idea that Gabbi's focus was on the Prince/Princess ideal. I have to wonder if this is wholly accurate. While she is a child making the associations to the farie tales, she is mentally commenting over and over again that all would work out in the end. That there would be a Happily Ever After. That is even more of a Key theme from the stories than even the central character's societal roles. She is seen in several scenes (ie the pensived wedding) pushing people into the happiness that she is working towards. (Which, by the way, I love her wonderful innocence of being unable to understand why people seem intent on denying themselves happiness, and that it is up to her to fix that!) It is stated repeatedly that she can't understand why people deny themselves happiness. If her goal, her ultimate focus, is that final line "Happily Ever After", the farie tale backdrop is exactly that. A framework to work in, but not the central focus. And if you couple that idea with the one that Harry is supporting -- that this is only the begining, and this next story is going to unfold over generations -- then the potential crisis of her losing that focus is pretty remote.

But, that is just my thoughts and likly no where near what our dear author is heading towards. I look forward to seeing how off base I am! Thanks!

There we go; this is what we were waiting for in the first four chapters. Though you brought out the "sociopath" angle a tad quickly, it went a long way to give us a lot of background that was missing from the beginning - providing much more depth for Gabrielle's character than a simple delusion of being part of a fairy tale.

With the additional conflicts with Gabrielle's parents, the Dursleys and the hints we saw from the first few interactions with the other students of Hogwarts, it is clear that this is not going to be a "post-victory" story where as super-savvy Harry has everything going for him at all times without any real effort on his part.

Good work :-)

Sooooooo good. I must say that I'm happy to see the increasing depth in Gabrielle's character. I was afraid that she'd be too much of a face-value personnage.

Lovely. Loved his speech at the end. He's certainly setting himself up as a leader.

Enjoyed their floo trick with Bill.

And the antagonist? The King? Gabby's father?

Thanks for the update.

Great chapter. I didn't think that this story was really going to have that much plot but it is shaping up to be interesting.

So, I've been very much enjoying this story, even though it's not a Ginny/Harry pairing, which is, of course, the ONE TRUE pairing. :)
It would be interesting to see the same type of idea (Strong supportive female providing Harry with all the perks and love he needs to remake the world) with Ginny in the Gabrielle spot. Although, I guess "This Means War" comes pretty close.
Anyway, good chapter--although the only hint of antagonist I can find is Gabrielle's parents--I guess we'll see.

Good chapter, I'll wait to see when Gabby's parents accept him.

Ooooooohhhhhhh! I can't wait for the next chapter sounds interesting! Great Chapter, I love how he got the Patils to work in his restaurant and how Remus is helping get integrated! Can't wait to see what is going to happen as Quidditch and how he is going to be as a chaser! Also I have suspicions about the 'dragon' and I can't wait to see if they are right! Great Chapter and I can't wait for the next update! Thank you!

Oh... wow!

OK, please forgive me. Reading through the first 4 chapters, I thought "OK, good story, lots of fun... but... um... It seems like another Super!Harry. Harry immediately finding everyone jobs for him. Harry making non-linear brilliant jumps in logic (which, mind you, are still pretty hard to follow in the story). Where are the Jeconais characterizations I love? Where is the conflict to make a story?"

Slam, bam! There it is. The hints from the previous chapters finally all pulled together. Gabbi as a Princess not because it is a good story, but because she is actually really screwed up? Genius. And then you went on to show the negative aspects of that damage. Even better!

I am hooked again and dancing in my seat, eagerly waiting to watch this story unfold!

Wow. This was exactly what I needed tonight after I found out I failed one of my uni assignments. Can't wait for the next chapter. That was an intriguing twist with gabbi as a low level sociopath.

Excellent, as usual. Cannot wait for the next update. Out of all of the fanfiction sites that I frequent, you are among the best authors that I have had the privilege and pleasure to come across.
