This was a really enjoyable chapter. I really like this story.

So looking forward to the next one - I love Ice Cool Harry stories - and anything that corrupts Hermione has to be good...

And the Oskar for The-Most-Unexpected-Update goes toooooooo: Jeconais!
How I love the Addams family and what the managed to make out of Harry. Hermione's transfer of houses was slightly unexpected but great nontheless. And Ginny being in Slytherin is simply marvelous! As was the part in which Harry told off Molly and Albus. Great!
I hope you won't take soooo long with the next update... I would be so ... disappointed.

Greetings, Baltaine

I'm glad to see that you haven't abandoned this! Can't wait to see what mistake they made that Snape is talking about.

Very well worth the wait. At your own pace, please continue. Slytherin Ginny, a Molly forced to think and a fraud blasted into orbit. What's not to love? I must say my predictions for the following years are vague but hilarious and you always outdo my ideas. Keep up your good and world-improving work!

Woohoo! New stuffs! *reads voraciously*

Ah, that's the fix I needed...

Excellent as ever; and I can't wait (but shall have to, of course) for the next bit.

Nasty little cliffy you left us.

You're almost making Snape a likeable character. No mean feat, that. Kudos for that.

As always, excellent writing. Not only on a mechanical level, but also in storytelling content.

> I will never look at vegetarians the same way
How very forboding. I can't help but notice just how thin Hermione's description of her time in New Jersey was. Good job, on multiple levels, for that.

> Ask Hermione to give you the book Wednesday gave her.
Hmm. That well could be part of the answer on exactly how Hermione is becoming indoctrinated so quickly. That whole conversation in AD's office is a masterpiece of stating the complete truth yet dancing around other truths. Brilliantly written.

One minor thing, and it may well be in character for an Addams: Harry's supreme apathy for Sirius's incarceration. Not really his concern, so that may be the answer, but it's also unjust, which may well be at least as important. As I said, though, this may well be inline with the Addams philosophy despite his link to both Harry and Remus.

Anyway, great chapter. Looking forward to the next.

I love this fic. Truly one of the most unique out there, and that's saying something because HP fics have become pretty repetitive over the years.

Harry needs an emblem. something for others to signify their allegiance to him with. Be it a pin or a marking on something they own. It would drive anyone not already on his side bonkers.

Can't wait till update.

Wonderful to see more of this series, Yet again, you turn many fan cliches on their heads, while at the same time putting a unique spin on others, and thereby produce something brilliant.

I must admit to confusion about the "Wednesday is not Pansy" comment, but I haven't read the comments that prompted it. If, as some other reviewers of this chapter have suggested, it's a reference to the idea of Wednesday accepting Ginny as Pansy did in WK,GQ, then I agree that it's unlikely with these characters; OTOH, there are possible hints that Harry and Wednesday think that Pugsley should take up with Ginny much as he has done with Hermione; that appeals to my sense of humour while keeping the H-W relationship as it should be.

Anyway, this is great and I look forward to seeing what comes next, though I am almost disappointed that we will see "that Harry and Wednesday [are] still human, and as such, capable of erring."

Wow, I have NEVER since the start of HP-fanfiction actually laughed about (or rather with) Severus Snape.

My hat is off to you. This chapter is everything I ever could expect from this story.

Only one tiny, teensy problem: I think the disposal of Gilderoy was a bit quick.

Oh well, now we just have to see who is going to fill in for him. And I am going to reread the prequel just because!

Respectfully yours, W00KY.

An excellent and well-thought out follow up to the first episode - I don't say 'chapter', 'episode' is a much better word for describing your work. As always, I continue to be impressed with the quality and readability of your work and look forward to another episode as soon as you produce it.

I don't believe in leaving reviews unless there's something useful to say. Because really, I know, myself, how nothing but an endless series of "I love it!" is annoying as hell.

However, I also firmly believe that credit should be given where it is due.

You are the only het author that I follow for Harry Potter FanFiction. Which, in itself, amazes me. Not that it's het, but that you manage to keep my attention.

Honestly, before finding you, I'd given up on het FanFiction in this Fandom. The female characters were always written vapid and weak in other authors' renditions, and I quickly found myself becoming bored.

The first piece of yours I read, which was sent to me by a friend, was "White Knight, Grey Queen" and I have been largely addicted to the majority of your stories ever since.

I have enjoyed reading both the newer and older works, and seeing how much your writing style and abilities have progressed. And they certainly have.

My favorite is, without a doubt, "Hope" because it speaks to me. Your Harry is especially canon in that story, and I adore him that way; it is how he was always meant to be written.

The fact that you managed to convince me to read a Harry/Ginny story continues to amaze me. However, the fact that I very much enjoyed "This Means War" is perhaps the largest surprise of all, for me.

Are there errors in your stories? Yes. Does your Harry occasionally seem a little over the top? Yes. Are the plot lines somewhat cliched at times? Yes.

However, you manage to draw me into your works despite these things. And that, perhaps, is the most impressive bit of magic you've worked.

I have been eagerly awaiting this installment, as I adore your Harry and Wednesday--not to mention Pugsley and the abuse Draco suffers--and you did not disappoint.

Once again, you have provided me with something witty, amusing, and deliciously dark, without being overly angsty or emo. I applaud you for that. I also applaud you for being able to make such dark subject matter comedic, as not many people would have the talent to do such efficiently.

In conclusion, I would simply like to say that I appreciate that you share your stories, and thus your imagination, with me. I know I will continue to enjoy them, and that they will be the only het stories I am ever likely to recommend to another.

Best luck to you in your writing.

Regards,
Kay
