Fine handling of the Snape execution. Though, there must be easier/better ways to dispose of a body than asking scores of English-speaking witnesses to eat the body! (Especially with magic)

The fact that you're great and one of Fanfictions giants cannot possibly have escaped you by now and the sounds i made when my notifier went off this morning woke both my family and the neighbors.

Seriously.

Anyway, the last Snape scene was incredible. How you managed to combine such a low-key descriptive way of writing it with the intensity of the situation eludes me. I'm impressed. I've rarely laughed like i did at that party and you have by now managed to turn Fleur completely around without making it look contrived.

The competition is just wonderful and i'm looking forward to both Harrys and Melissas next rounds..=)

Update when you're ready. This might be the best written piece of fiction i've ever read. I'll hate the waiting, but it's worth waiting for.

A bit dark with Harry killing Snake in such a planned way. I always wondered why no one did that to Umbridge? Fun to see the kickboxing and the wonderful support that Harry has. Thanks for sharing!

It was so wonderful to see that you had posted two new chapters, this is one of my favorite stories on the web right now, right up there with Bobmin's On the Wings of Dragons story. Please continue with this your Konoha's Legion story and you Harry Potter / Adams Family crossover. All three of these stories are to good to be left unfinished.

For some reason, I just couldn't access FFA.net today. I finally spat the dummy and turned off the firewall for 5 mins and what do you know...I have two wonderful chapters ready to read.

They were so totally worth the wait. Oh and without even seeing your arguments about why you believe Hogwarts was the worst boarding school, I agree with with you.

Why did Snape even come up to Harry? I thought Harry had an agreement from Bumbles that Snape would keep his distance? Was the "suicide by Potter" from Snape?

My only hope, at this point in time, is that Fleur never gets together with Harry.

No matter if she suddenly drew the stick out of her ass, I still don't see her as really being a good match for Harry in anything.

Kate is more of a match because she was with him as he grew, she knows him inside and out. Unfortunately, she's out of the game by their own admission. Fleur would just be a latecomer whose only appeal is her appearance. She doesn't have anything going for her in terms of personality that anyone else doesn't, so I don't see her winning over anyone through that. So that leaves appearance. And honestly? Meh, she's okay. Take away her Veela allure and all you've got is some blonde chick. Hardly worth bothering with. And if you're telling me that she wins because she's the only older chick that Harry knows, I will seriously question what kind of story you're going for. Because that's the kind of thing you see in stories where everyone settles down with their perfect soul mate at the age of 17. Despite the fact that in real life, by that time, you're still usually in the "Meh, sleep with a couple, see how it goes" stage. Either way, that's just stupid logic and I would hope you would know that.

Fred and George are not unbiased judges here. They've grown up with stories of Veela as being the hottest things on two legs. But yeah, that's just bias. Plenty of fish in the sea out there, Harry. Please don't think your only viable older woman choice is Fleur. Because she's a poor choice, my friend, and you'll most likely just regret it.

Otherwise, not quite sure why the sudden emphasis on fighting, but okay. As for Snape, eh, I don't care either way.

So we'll see what happens next. And whether it takes another 6 months to update, heh.

Though I do have quite a bit of sympathy towards your situation. 0.2 mb/s? Ouch.

Two excellent chapters.

Loved Drunk Harry. I thought you did an great job of portraying someone that is completely wasted. and it was a unique way of getting rid of Snivellus. I am sure the ministry has way of tracing magic, but since no magic was used, there is no way to tie it to Harry.

I will admit, I am not a big fan of the Harry/Fleur ship. Fleur has always reminded me of those girls in High School that only dated College guys and then ended up dating their professors. Which is why she ended up with Bill in Canon. I don't ever see her seeing Harry as more than a "leetle" boy, no matter how mature he now appears. The way you have portrayed Harry and Gabi in your story, I can see Harry not having any serious relationships until Gabrielle is 17. That would make him about 25. Just an idea.

Thanks for the shout out, it's appreciated. I was really happy to receive notification that you had updated, but unfortunately I got it while I was at work, so I didn't get a chance to read it until I got home tonight.

I'm glad to see Fleur thawing toward Harry, but I have to admit, I'm finding the way Gabrielle has started maturing so suddenly to be more than a little disconcerting. When Gabrielle was talking to Fleur, and she did her little "Fleur and Harry sitting in a tree" bit, it just rang wrong to me, I wish I could put my finger on it, but it just seemed off.

Anyway, really enjoyed both chapters, and I hope you have some of Perfect Slytherins in the pipeline next.

Nice to see this get an update, definitely enjoying the way you're taking it.

With the whole Snape thing... I'm more interested in the fact he did it with a KNIFE rather than a spell. That has my thoughts in all sorts of a tither.

Have to admit though, I'm looking forward to more Harry/Fleur.

Yes, it is the worst boarding school in history and thanks for a great chapter and i LOVED what you did with Snape. Besides being original, i thought it really fit with Harry's development even if it didn't quite fit with the story (rather dark for a humorous story). Also, i think Kate is my favorite OC ever from fanfiction. You made her personable, fit into the story well, kept her in and relevant. If it weren't for the fact that they woudn't work as a permanent pairing, i'd love to see her and Harry as the main pairing. Fleur really does work cause of Gabrielle though. Anyway, this is probably my favorite HP story so thanks for the updates.
