Having a recession right then makes no sense without another outside influence. Which Gabbi, considering her age and focus on Harry, probably wouldn't realize.

It is great that Gabrielle start her story from the beginning,but all good story has a beginning. I like that she talk about How Hermione & Ron got to together, or Gabrielle first talk with Harry. I think that it great that Gabrielle that she came up with the plan to get Harry as her prince, I think that the best part is that she was going to help Harry don't matter the cost or if she has to do alone. It must be a great shock to everyone that Gabrielle manipulated so many people, it great that Gabrielle had teach Harry French and learned English.I really thought that Harry did not trust Dumbledore and friend if he have rush to take control over his money, but found out that there is good reason not to trust Dumbledore. I think that it be nice that Harry or Harry money is no longer control by Dumbledore, I do hope that Harry confront Dumbledore and cut ties with him. The best part of the chapter is getting to know Gabrielle,In the last chapter when you mention that the Weasley's, some professor, Fleur, Gabrielle and few other people were keeping Virgil watch on Harry. I notice that Hermione name was missing and to me that was a big clue that she is now a Weasley, simple reason is that Hermione will not abandon Harry since he is like a brother to her.

I hope this will atleast be most of his last year at Hogwarts or more instead of just until he starts said last year. But oh well. It's still really cool.

Great 2nd.
Loved the foreshadowing ... and the resistance to cliche. Hopefully we'll get your take on how the goblins take over. Loved the prank ideas, the restaurant, the great characterization.
The breakdown was handled well. I can honestly say I felt sorry for Harry - it reminded me of someone who goes away from home for a long time, comes back for a visit and then mourns how much things have changed. But even more so - you really caught that emotion well, and didn't push it into full-blown angst. Kudos and all that.
It was nice to see the Sorting Hat. I always liked seeing that sly dog in stories. Hope to see more of him. Kinda reminded me of Jbern's Hat, but without the vulgarity. :) Here's to looking forward to the Gabbi and Hat conversation.
Thanks so much for a great story, Tim. I'm sorry to see your path wind away from fanfic. I'll chalk it up as one of the great experiences in my life to have gotten a small part of your personality through your stories over the years. I hope to see your name on the early morning talk shows touting your new book, or at some red carpet gala for your movie opening.

*Laughs uproariously* Oh, my, and Garielle's admission of her manipulations shocked folk!! Just wait 'til Harry starts putting his ideas into practice and stirs up both the wizarding world and some aspects of the muggle world. *wicked chuckle* I can just see organized crime "try" to muscle in on some of these enterprises, they'll either regret it bitterly or find themselves taken over by folks who are *really* sneaky, as well as by goblins and their friends.
I love it and I quite appreciate the drive and determination Gabrielle has shown. She makes an excellent partner for *this* Harry and it should be interesting to watch the ripples spread and widen. Methinks a lot of his friends are going to be very, very surprised.

Mildly manipulative Dumbledore on Harry's account as well. However, shouldn't that be Sirius on there as trustee/manager, as he is official Godfather?
Nice broom.
Kind of a setup chapter in some respects, as far as all the conversations in Gringotts. Good Goblin, though. I like the tiles, and the sense of humour at being threatened.
Interesting kind of subtext about the whole wizarding world being boring, fiscally conservative, and even Zonko's closing. Is there more going on behind the scenes there? Some nefarious plot?
And Hmm, has no one told Harry how to become an animagus during his sleepytime? I do think that would be hilarious for him to suddenly change without thinking about it before hand.

Lot's of fun in this chapter here, with Harry making plans, Gabbi making her own, and everything in-between, just a lot of fun and making me wonder what will happen next time. The broom rocked, as well as to see Gabbi make her mark with the Goblins, and the way that Harry wants to shake the wizarding world up, going to be curious to see how he does it next.

Interesting! I usally do not like Gabbi/Harry Stories, thanks to the age difference. But Hope was only one I enjoyed and now this one.
I do not think anyone mentioned the new Broom yet. I just loved it, it gives a whole new meaning to: Anything is possible with Magic. *grin*
I live everything here, you also took care of the age issue with statsis thing. Interesting idea, not mention it gives Harry a chance to keep going to Hogwarts. I have a feeling that Harry and Gabbi are going to take the Wizarding World by storm. Everyone is going to be quite surprised by the new harry.
Can not wait for the next chapter... which is going to be next Thursday right?? Anyways keep it up!

That was the fluffiest thing I have ever read but god it was enjoyable and Gabbi rocks on a Bellatrix Lestrange Baby voice level all jokes a side this fic kinda came out of the blue and it's very good.

Goblins were fun, though Grapplegus is a rather boring name. ;)
In any other fic I'd say Harry got over things too quickly, but this is a Timfic, and there is no room for Emo!Harry.

Only thing that was jarring on first read was Gabrielle's "Voldemonkey". Cute for a normal child, not so much for one who's first language is French. I can't think of anything (with my limited French) that would sound good in both French and English, though.
Anyhoo.
