Wow, It's really great to see some soild writing from you again. Not sure what happened with that last idea you had... ya not gona bring it up again.

So far this ones a ton of fun. And i love the commen sense dump that crashed into it. Going for something more sane then Hogwarts dawn eh? Should turn out great. Shame about harry not at lest getting a date.

So far I love this story. The first thing that caught my eye was the the somewhat unsusal pair of new friends for Harry - good call. Also I do like Hermione being a good friend.

Also, I like that some of the little details that have larger implications. Based on the summary and your comment that this is nine chapters, I'm expecting this story to cover the Tournament at most. Yet early in the first chapter there is an offhand comment about cursed blood quill and Aurrors being strickt about them. With Harry now aware of this, even if you don't write about it, you've already clearly changed the way Harry will handle fifth year.
