Nice. Cho isn't usually this likable, IMHO, but you manage it well.

Not a Harry/Cho fan, but you write it so well! I actually HATE Cho...and you've made her so OOC and IC (if that even makes sense, lol) that it works.
A job very well done!!

lol. How can you not laugh at how Harry acts in this fic. IIt was well written and as long as it it meets your expectations that is fine. I am partial to pairings that aren't Harry/Ginny so obviously I am biased so don't think about it to much.

The beginning opens some questions though, mostly about 5th year. What exactly happened there with the D.A. and Cho that year? Obviously it existed butI just don't know who was in it and whether or not it was betrayed.

O well just my musings in my typing. With the whole way CHo acts I think is right for her character and I think that it is better then how JKR portayed her. I mean she is a Ravenclaw and they are supposed to be intelligent as well as logical and she wasn't portayed that way in Order of the Phoenix.

Well I guess that I shall stop my musings, and once again let me say that it was an excellent fic.

Very good story. :D I'm not a fan of Harry/Cho, but as always, you proved that you can pull anything off. :D

Thanks for sharing :D

Sorry, I'm having too difficult a time reading new fic that pretends HBP didn't happen. Which appears to be the case for this one. So, no real review because no read.

Not bad... but I still hate cho chang. Her sole purpose in any story I write will be to use her as cannon fodder. :D

DEATH TO CHO!

heh

A truly awesome Harry/Cho story! So glad you decided to write it!

It is the small changes that nobody notices, that really count. Very few understand just how fast the butterfly's wings become the hurricane. And now Voldie has a Category 6 hurricane headed at him.

Like it very much.. a diferent kind of strong woman, but a strong woman none the less.. I like the political part of the story, the reason to reveal H. powers from a morality point of view.. Just don't get how H. knows ll that was in the fith book.. Will there be a sequel?

Really like it tim, and the new kind of strong woman was really nice.. It wa more of a inteligent/political woman.. Very nice indeed..

"I'd just Dumbledore'd Dumbledore."

I LOVE THIS LINE! And 'fold like a Malfoy' is always good.

I think this is one of the only ways I could see Harry and Cho together -- after they've both had time to move past Cedric and mature. I really enjoyed Snape in this fic; it was a nice change from your Snape in more recent fics. Your Dumbledore here also seems to learn from experience more quickly, to the extent that there's no one to get pissed at except Voldemort. But thankfully, that means there's no one getting in Harry's way. I think one of the best elements was that Cho had quite some time to figure things out and decide what she wanted to do. This definitely had a different flavor than your recent fics, but it's like the difference for a chocoholic between two really good chocolate desserts. Mmm chocolate... mmm new Jeconais fic... You get the picture.

This was a very nice little story. You managed to keep Cho pretty well in-character for a very nice romanticized interpretation of her. But I can tell it's canon friendly because I still can't stand her and find her attitude and actions through 90% of this fic abhorrent. Which, in my experience is pretty well in line with Cho from canon. She's just naturally the kind of person I cannot stand.

So congrats on another interesting take and direction. Perhaps a little less than inspired interpretation of Snape, but a nice middle-of-the-road version of Dumbledore. And normally I might mention the whole throwing off the Cruciatus is pretty cliched, but considering I've got a fic half-written with a similar concept, I think it'd be in my best interests not to complain about that.

Excellent story. The fact that I don't even like this Cho is just evidence you've written her very true to form. Thanks for sharing.

> It looks like a cross between a bad Russian Cozaki Dance and an Egyptian Belly Dance, and it’s making my eyes hurt.

You do have a way with words.

Not much more to say except: Thanks for a fun little H/Cho story.

Interesting approach, the whole accept the pain business reminded me of Fight Club.
You said that your idea was that a small change could lead to big changes, I still don't get what was the small change? That she did'nt see him with green goo on his face?

Very good story overall. I like the basis for the plot quite a bit, but think that some of the earlier scenes were a bit rushed, and could have been slowed down and used a bit more detail to let the reader catch up before the next change. I typically don't read first person stories, but understand the tribute to Draco664's stories. There was a slight lack of peripheral details also, but nothing that detracted from the story, just snippets that could have added to it. All in all, it was a good story, and it might be nice to see it continued, but I think I would much rather see some of your other stories finished up, or continued, first. Espicially Aftermath, and TMW.

Nice! I can't really say anything else, but it's good to see a Cho Chang that belongs in Ravenclaw, and can bring something to the fight. Excellent as always Tim, thank you.

Again, another great story! I really like a grown up Harry, someone who can learn and mature. I don't care much for Cho but I think this pairing works in the story. Don't ever stop feeding us, please.

Good job, and quick, too!
Finally something in your usual style which we can simply enjoy. You make use of several unique ideas, the way Harry beats the Cruciatus probably being the most original. The idea how stealing Harry's broom is akin to a death wish made me laugh. Hope to read more from you soon!

well! that was a pleasant treat to wake up to. Nicely done; and I think it's official; you've touched on all of the major non-slash ships out there, and done it believably. The only one that seems to be missing is Tonks, and if a bunny bites you, that's fine; but, I'm more interested in seeing the Harry/Susan story you recently started.

Hope you and Lacey had a wonderful Valentine's Day.
