I reread the entire story this weekend and am absoluely in love with it. I really enjoy Harry learning in this manner and how everything is seemingly coming together. Great job on this story!

That was an amazing chapter. I am really happy that there was an update. the second task was brilliant in its simpleness. I would have never thought of the Chamber. Great.

The Tournament went somewhat out of control. I like that. The trial is great. Harry is showing Fudge off, who is finally getting what he earned.

Definitely love this version of Harry as it shows what is possible when one allows themself to fully reach for maximum ability and having friends and associates that are willing to help with that goal. The fact that Harry also helps those same friends and associates to reach for their goals is uplifting. These last two chapters have been a blast and I love seeing those that deserve the strong side of justice receiving just that.

well i like dumbledore bashing as much as the next person but i also like was i call innocent dumbledore bashing. Where instead of showing him totally incompetant or evil they show him as being in charge to long and having trouble letting others take over.

Cracking story so far. You have brought in the use of time management in a subtle way, and for Harry only,(as opposed to Harry and his shipmate) in contrast to most other stories which spend what seems like forever on this aspect, and in excruciating detail. Harry's powere level is therefore much more believable than one where he is struck by lightening or some such fantasy. An interesting twist on Fred and George. They do not usually play such a pivotal role. They do seem to be far too worldly wise for boys only a year older than Harry.

It feels good to know that us muggles have things which magicals can only envy when they discover them. It was also interesting to see that you have allowed the French the use of cell phones which leads me to think that in your universe British magicals are way behind their continental counterparts. I feel that Harry's relationship to Gabrielle is a bit over the top, and that her character is a bit goodie two shoes to be real. Still, it's nice to see, and one can only wish for similar relationships in the real world.

Draining the lake into the CoS in order to rescue the hostages is a great example of 'it's not what you do, but how you do it'.

I look forward with anticipation to the remaining chapters of this tale, but as I am getting on in years, please do not take overly long as I may not be around to read them.

Hmm. Curious as to what Percy was going to try to add about the 100k fine. Amelia kept him from continuing, so she knows what it is and doesn't want anyone to hear it. I'm just worried that'll come back and bite Harry (or someone) later.

Nice touch to make Harry's fine half of Fudge's.

This last charge doesn't make anymore sense than the first. The bodyguards didn't attack the aurors, they were defending themselves and their principal from an illegal kidnapping. Just because they were aurors doesn't change the fact.

Looking forward to the next chapter where Fudge is cut into ever smaller pieces. And what happened to Snape (did the boys follow Harry's order?) and Bagman.

Absolutely brilliant chapter ... again. Superb chapter. The second task, so descriptive & well written. The fight in the prison cell; detailed & graphic. Loved it. Court scene, my favourite! Loving the story & looking forward to further updates as they become available.

Ugh. Rita's death ... almost chewed in two ... just ... UGH.

I hope you'd set this up in advance in previous chapters, the two thugs 'betting the other to eat something' ... maybe I tried to remove the memory :-) ... but it still comes off as a bit silly/contrived. Still, different from the usual fanon cliche of a character stepping on the beetle accidentally.

While the focus has changed, the combination of humor, friendship, shewering the easily mocked wizarding government and culture, amazing magic, and heroes continued in this chapter. Even with a huge cast of very interesting characters, you managed to get everyone their time on stage, while moving the story forward with the various events you conjured.

A special note has to be made about how you've depicted Gabrielle. She's utterly brilliant! Your enviable ability to create memorable characters is at its best with this iteration of the adorable French child, which is certainly equal to your iconic Gabrielle from Hope.

The next chapter can't come quickly enough.
