Great story, touching, dramatic and fun. Loved the range of characterisation, not least of which included the mayor and Harmony.

And of course am always a sucker for this paring.

I really enjoyed this fic. I thought that you did a really good job making Harmony(who I strangely like) into a real person and I like you showing her growth from the show's portrayal of her. I also like your characterization of the mayor. He is probably one of my favorite villains because of his attitude, and you caught it perfectly.

It can be hard to find good Buffy stories without a super-Xander, so this was very nice(not that I anm against super-Xander fics).

I hope you keep up the excellent writing.

The main thing I don't like about this fic is that now the Xander/Vamp Harmony slow-motion slap fight will probably never happen. (I loved that scene.)

You fit Faith and Xander together in a smooth and not quick fashion and with the surprise of Harmony not the airhead that she is usually portrayed.

And I do like the Mayor, even as a bad guy, you kept him polite and almost a good man

I am glad to see at least Willow and Cordelia made peace with Xander - they've known him the longest and they're tied to his ID in form or another - though I do hope that Buffy comes to see the light eventually, even if that eventuality is not shown. Xander and Buffy have a link that both have abused (Buffy moreso) whose loss would be a tragedy but understandable.

Harmony dusting Angel had me laughing out loud!

The Mayor’s VCR and tape had me wondering… I can’t remember the original episode’s ending and as such think in a loop, wondering if he would do that or not…

This was a nice story!

I don't really know the buffy universe so I can't accurately comment on how well you characterised everyone. But this was such a good story because I didn't have to know every character bio to enjoy it. I really enjoy all of your HP fics so I might have to read some of your buffy fics. That was quite the fun read and a good wrap up. I find I don't mind that Angel got dusted "by accident" (blue on blue does happen, though it proves the line from Murphy's Laws of War that "Friendly fire isn't."). That was a nicely done battle scene with proper prep and planning and it went as planned, nicely done all around.

Just a quick review-type thing to say that I enjoyed this VERY much. It was different, to my mind at least, than a lot of "Xan get dissed and then shows everyone how wrong they were" fics that get written.

Don't get me wrong, I like those too, but I like seeing a new take every now and again too.
