This Means War
By Jeconais
For a brief second, Harry's expression was a perfect mixture of James and Lily: Lily's hangdog eyes when he had done something that went a little too far, and James’ reproachful look. Shouldn't the names here be reversed? James=hangdog eyes and Lily=reproachful? Aside from that gret story!!!

XDD
This is funny stuf !
Luv the cheapter, actaully - i luv all cheapters (:
Just the mental image of Padfoot humping McGonagall's leg....well that's worth at least a smile on my face the rest of the week.
Thanks for writing,

Oh man this story is priceless so far....
Thanks for writing,
Matt
I know the mmail concept wasn't your idea, but you've done better with it than any of the others I've read - and by a pretty serious margin. Actually, Anya's Naked Quidditch Match was the very first fanfic I ever read. I didn't know what fanficdom was before that.
Yup, I've definetly never read this, but oh how I love it. Very, very nice. I'm glad I have the opportunity to read this. I'm surprised I stopped getting alerts from you and all of a sudden got them again. I don't actually know what that's about but I went to the alerts link and I think I fixed it. We shall see at your next update, I suppose.
Outstanding, loved that chapter.

on to the third chapter this chapters detox scene is a reminder of back to the future when doc was inlove. though i enjoyed the added imagry my mind puts in
“Harry proved, in that instant, that he was a heroic Gryffindor by refraining from rolling his eyes at the two of them” was such a funny line. I think poor Sirius would be dying of embarrassment as well as Harry. Poor boys, but that was so funny. Still loving the Mmail format too. Sirius’s bad behaviour as a drunk dog made me nearly cry with laughter. I loved the scene in the hall too. Too, too funny.
Wonderful chapter! I loved the Mmails; they were absolutely hysterical! Especially the ones that were written to pay debts; oh my gosh, so funny! Hermione had a lot of them, didn't
she?
Bloody brilliant! I loved it!
Cheers,
TET
That was great...lol...I'm still laughing.

Sirius...one of the main points of the Talk is to persuade the youngster NOT to immediately dive into having sex. Not to make him into some sort of God.
LOL!
Yay Ginny. Once again, I really love this story. It is very well written and I look forward to more. BTW, I love the names for the "to" and "from" on the mmails
Hello again. i decided that i would comment on this chapter as well and tell you "job well done. you really are a great author. well i'm off to the next chapter. toodles

I love your story, but I wanted to point out a small inconsistency. You have this beginning several weeks before Halloween in Harry's sixth year. (the ball is supposed to be for Halloween). But later you talk about how Sirius was gone for months before he was able to get back. As the Dept of Mysteries happened in June, that doesn't seem to fit. Also, you have Blaise mention that she has been training in the DA (enough to take down Snape). As she wasn't a member in fifth year, that can mean she has only been a memeber for at most a couple of weeks. That doesn't seem like enough time to learn that much. Perhaps it would be better to have the ball be a Valentine's dance? That would allow for plenty of time, and shouldn't be too hard of a fix.
